To place an order, select the product you want, review the product details carefully, add it to your cart, and proceed through checkout using the payment options shown there. Before completing the purchase, we recommend confirming the product dimensions, room fit, and intended use for your pet.

If you need to update your shipping details, change an item, or request cancellation, contact Casa Petto as quickly as possible. Because we begin processing orders promptly, changes are not always possible once fulfillment has advanced. If the order has already shipped, the request may need to be handled through the return process after delivery if eligible.

Once you complete checkout, payment is subject to authorization through the payment method you selected. Depending on the provider, you may see the transaction appear as pending, authorized, or completed during normal processing. Orders cannot move into shipment until payment has been successfully approved.

If your payment is declined or does not complete, review your billing details and try again using an available payment method shown at checkout. Failed transactions can happen for several reasons, including issuer restrictions, mismatched information, or provider-side security checks. Standard delivery is generally completed within 3–5 business days under normal operating conditions. Timing may vary slightly depending on the destination, carrier handling, weather, holiday periods, or other logistical factors outside our direct control.

Yes. Once your order has progressed into shipment, tracking information or delivery status updates may be provided depending on the service used. In some cases, there may be a short delay between dispatch and visible tracking movement.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact Casa Petto as soon as possible. We may be able to correct the address if the order has not yet entered advanced processing or shipment. Once a shipment has progressed too far, changes may no longer be possible.

No standard return or exchange shipping fee is charged for approved eligible requests. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, contact Casa Petto support with your order information and the reason for the request.

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact Casa Petto as soon as possible after delivery. We may request order details and photos so the case can be reviewed efficiently. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or other appropriate support.

Once a return or refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund is normally sent back to the original payment method used for the order. The exact time it takes for funds to appear depends on your payment provider or financial institution.

Start by identifying whether the main need is comfort, access, enclosure, climbing, privacy, or room integration. For example, Dog Sofa Beds and Orthopedic Dog Beds are comfort-led choices, while Dog Sofa Ramps and Dog Bed Stairs are access-led. For cats, Multi-Level Cat Trees and Wall Mounted Cat Shelves are movement-led, while Covered Cat Houses and Window Cat Hammocks are more retreat- or observation-led.

Yes. We strongly recommend reviewing product dimensions, pet size suitability, and intended placement area before completing your order. This is especially important for end table crates, dog houses, ramps, stairs, large dog beds, cat trees, and wall-mounted products where room fit and route clearance matter.

Some Casa Petto products may require assembly, especially larger furniture items such as cat trees, wall-mounted systems, crates, houses, ramps, and stairs. We recommend reviewing the product details and using a clean, protected setup area when assembling furniture. If you need help with part identification or setup order, our support team can assist.

Wall-mounted cat shelves, bridges, and climbing pieces should be installed carefully and securely. The route, spacing, wall suitability, and long-term stability all matter. If you are unsure about installation conditions, it is better to pause before use and review placement more carefully rather than improvising structural mounting.

We work carefully to present products as accurately as possible, but slight differences in tone, grain, finish, fabric appearance, or screen color rendering can occur. These kinds of variations are normal and do not necessarily mean the item is defective.

Yes. Certain promotional items may receive a 20% automatic discount where the offer is active. These promotions are applied automatically when the relevant product and campaign conditions are met at checkout.

No code is normally required for the standard offers described on our store. Where active, the 15% subscriber discount and selected 20% promotional product discounts are applied automatically when the checkout conditions are satisfied.
